Returns Policy

Missing Items: Please report any missing items within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Returning Merchandise to Copper Hill Guns (CHG)

  • A Return Authorization (RA#) is required for all returns and must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • Contact admin@copperhillguns.com to request an RA#. You will receive return instructions via email once approved.
  • RA#s are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
  • Returns made without authorization are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Items that have been used or sold to consumers are not eligible for return and should be directed to the manufacturer’s warranty center.
  • Authorized returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived defective (cosmetically or mechanically).
  • Cosmetic return requests must include photographic evidence and are subject to CHG approval.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a credit will be applied to your account.

Optics / Sights Return Policy

  • Optics, iron sights, and mounts must be in brand new, unopened condition to qualify for return.
  • If installation was attempted or completed, the item cannot be returned. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

Refused or Abandoned Orders

  • First refusal: 5% restocking fee.
  • Second refusal: 10% restocking fee.
  • Third refusal: 15% restocking fee and your account will be disabled from placing further orders.
